Leave understanding how to properly nourish yourself, reduce cravings, and increase energy for optimal health. Week two: Mindfulness Learn how to overcome unhealthy behaviors with proven strategies. Understanding primary foods, those non-plate foods that nourish us: relationships, career, spirituality, exercise. Discover the connection between stress and your diet, source food that calms your nervous system, and balance your metabolism, hormones, and blood sugar to regulate mood. The truth is, we can eat healthy all day, but if we’re not managing our stress, we’re not going to be healthy. Week three: Restoration Together we will explore the powerful piece of wellness. Restoration in the form of self-care, detoxification, and sleep. Learn how to restore your body so that it can function optimally. Learn invaluable sleep management and self-care techniques that will dramatically improve your wellness. Week four: Next Steps A goal without a plan is just a wish. End coaching sessions with a solid plan for achieving your goals. A real life, achievable, sustainable, life-changing plan customized with you.
