Service Description

We will focus on the important connection between the choices you make, and how you feel. During coaching sessions you will develop a better relationship with food and yourself. Together we will create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your bio-individual and nutritional needs and likes. Coaching sessions focus on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stressors, and lifestyle habits. We all know eating healthy and exercise are the keys to wellness, but knowing is not enough. I will teach you HOW to make those changes. Factors like stress, sleep, hydration, movement, self-care, and nutrition. The process of achieving a healthy balanced lifestyle is a team effort. We will help facilitate the changes you want in your life, in return there will be handouts and recommendations to try in-between sessions. 4 week health coaching - meets once a week for 1 hour Weekly Sessions Week one: Nutrition Essentials Are you eating “healthy” but struggling to lose weight or lacking energy? Learn what macro and micro nutrients are and how they help fuel your body to improve results and well-being. Get the skinny on healthy fats. Leave understanding how to properly nourish yourself, reduce cravings, and increase energy for optimal health.
